Meet the Founder:
Nick Chittenden
Nick Chittenden has nearly four decades of experience in underground construction, sprayed concrete technology and ground support applications across the UK, Europe, Africa, the Far East and the Middle East.

He has worked with contractors, consultants, material suppliers and international associations — always with one focus: delivering safer, more reliable and more efficient underground projects.
​
Nick currently represents the Prime Sponsors on the Executive Council of the International Tunnelling and Underground Space Association (ITA) and has been involved in advancing global standards for sprayed concrete and underground construction.

Nick is recognised for his ability to bridge the gap between design concepts and real construction conditions — turning complex technical material challenges into clear, achievable solutions that work on site.
